Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of Cassus Hub (cassushub.com), a private project management workspace operated by Cassus Media ("we", "us"). By signing in or connecting an account, you agree to them.

Who can use Cassus Hub

Access is by invitation only. Cassus Media staff, and the clients and partners we invite, may use the Hub for work related to Cassus Media. You must be at least 16 years old.

Your account

• Keep your password private and use two-factor sign-in when you can. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us right away at pcassarly@cassusmedia.com if you think someone else has used your account.
• Administrators can change roles and access, and can remove accounts.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Hub to:

• break the law or anyone's rights, including privacy and intellectual property;
• upload malware or content that is harmful, harassing or abusive;
• try to reach information or areas you have not been given access to, or test, probe or disrupt the service;
• share another person's or client's confidential information outside the people who need it for the work.

Your content and confidentiality

Work you add stays yours or your organization's, as agreed between you and Cassus Media. You give us permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the Hub for you and your team. Client information in the Hub is confidential and may be used only for the project it belongs to.

Connected accounts

If you connect a Microsoft 365, Google or other email or calendar account, you allow the Hub to access it for you as described in our Privacy Policy. You can disconnect at any time. Your use of those accounts is also subject to your provider's own terms.

AI assistant

Gabriel, the AI assistant, can make mistakes. Check important answers, and review changes it makes for you. Gabriel only acts within the permissions you already have.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the Hub available and safe, but we may change, pause or stop features at any time, and we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error free. Keep your own copies of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Ending access

You may stop using the Hub at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken, if a work relationship ends, or to protect the service or other users.

Disclaimers and limits

The Hub is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Cassus Media is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost data or profits, arising from use of the Hub. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Continuing to use the Hub after a change means you accept the updated terms.
